Terms of service

Last updated: August 21, 2026

Agreement and who we are

onlyforadollar.com ("the site", "we") is operated by UV Kush from New Jersey, USA. By buying a spot on the grid you agree to these terms; if you don't agree, don't buy. Questions: udayveer.nyc@gmail.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract to buy a spot.

What you're buying

A display placement: your image shown at your chosen position on the 2026 Grid, linking to your URL, with your hover text. It's a license to be displayed — not property, not an investment, not a currency, and not a tradeable asset. We don't operate a resale market and spots confer no other rights.

Permanence

Your spot is permanent in the 2026 Grid: one payment, no recurring fees, no expiry. We intend to keep the grid online indefinitely, but no website can promise uninterrupted availability forever — outages, maintenance, and events beyond our control happen. If the site ever winds down, we may preserve the grid as an archive.

Payments, refunds, and chargebacks

Payments are processed by Stripe in US dollars; we never see your card details. Prices don't include any taxes that may apply to you. All sales are final. The one exception: if we cannot publish your purchase at all (for example, an unusable image), you receive a full refund — always. Filing a chargeback on a spot that was delivered as described lets us remove that spot.

Your content and our license to show it

You keep ownership of your image. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, resize, reproduce, and display it as part of the grid, in archives of the grid, and in screenshots or promotion of the site itself. You promise you have the rights to the image you upload and the site you link — if you don't, don't upload it.

Content rules

Nothing illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or malicious (including malware, phishing, or scam links). Purchases publish quickly and are screened after publishing; we may remove content that breaks these rules, and rule-breaking content is not entitled to a refund. We may also decline and fully refund any purchase before it publishes, at our discretion.

Copyright complaints

If you believe something on the grid infringes your copyright or trademark, email udayveer.nyc@gmail.com with the location on the grid, the work infringed, and your contact details. We review promptly and remove infringing content.

Links and clicks

Links on the grid carry rel="sponsored nofollow", as search-engine guidelines require for paid placements. We make no guarantees about traffic, clicks, or search rankings. Click counts and visitor numbers are measured in good faith and provided as-is. Linked sites belong to their owners — we don't control or endorse them.

Changes after purchase

There's no self-serve editing yet. Email us via the contact page and we'll handle reasonable changes (a new image or link) manually.

If your content causes a claim

If someone brings a claim against us because of the image you uploaded or the site you linked (for example, a copyright claim about your logo), you agree to cover the costs and damages that claim causes us.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some places don't allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits; and our total liability for anything arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes belong in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and both sides consent to that venue. Nothing here stops either side from using small-claims court where it's available.

Privacy

How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

The boring but important glue

If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Not enforcing a term once doesn't waive it. These terms plus the privacy policy are the whole agreement about the site. We may update these terms; the date below always reflects the latest version, and material changes won't take away a spot you already bought.
